Manual therapy involves specialized hands-on techniques that target areas of your body that are limited in motion, and works to improve your movement and reduce pain. Manual therapy is especially beneficial if you are experiencing spine problems, joint injuries, or other health conditions

Our expert physical therapists have years of specialized training to provide gentle, specific, hands-on therapies to address muscle and joint injuries. This includes soft tissue “massage“, joint mobilization, Graston and neuromuscular techniques to help you feel better.

Therapeutic Exercise

An important part of the rehabilitation process is stretching and strengthening. Strengthening weak muscles provides better support to the joints and prevents the problem from recurring. Our experts have years of training in the use of comprehensive therapeutic exercises to help improve strength, coordination and endurance.

We will also show you how to do effective stretches in the correct way to improve your range of motion and flexibility. We will provide you with a web link to videos of proper performance of the exercises to refresh your memory after discharge.

In addition, we also teach you how to perform exercises at home and provide you with easy to understand handouts with pictures and instructions, so you can maintain your results.
