I was never quite sure what I wanted my future career to be—until, with perfect timing during my junior year of high school, I broke my ankle playing soccer. After attending physical therapy for the first time, I was hooked. That experience opened my eyes to how impactful physical therapy can be, and it inspired me to pursue a career helping others regain their strength and confidence.

I believe in a holistic approach to treatment—focusing not only on the injury, but on the person as a whole. I’m committed to lifelong learning through continuing education courses, books, podcasts, and the shared wisdom of my coworkers, all to provide the best care possible for my patients.

With over four years of experience working with post-operative patients—including joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstructions, and more—I bring both knowledge and compassion to every session. I have a special interest in working with pediatric patients and strive to make therapy not only effective, but fun.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing soccer, reading, walking my dogs Rooney and Beckham, and spending time with family and friends.
