Your Role
- Perform one-on-one evaluations and treatments for a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues
- Monitor patient progress and adapt plans as needed
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that supports healing and confidence
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care
What You Bring
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications (required)
- Outpatient experience preferred, though motivated new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, adaptable, patient-first mentality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
